Minimum Travel Services Trip Planning We offer advice on travel formalities expected to be fulfilled before, during and after your trip. These formalities include;-Travel documents, Visas, Immigration, Health, Weather/Climate, Customs and Security. Air Travel Formalities Information is also provided on air travel formalities to the passenger by our travel consultants through Email Fare Quotation Our experienced travel consultants are trained to advice clients on the most conven- ient times/cost effective schedules and fares. Whenever possible, optional itineraries will be given to travelers for consideration. Ticket delivery We will send you the tickets through email or our messengers will deliver tickets and/or hotel vouchers once issued, to your offices in accordance with your requirements. Last-Minute/Emergency Ticket Requirements Travel plans often change unexpectedly, making short notice or en-route ticketing a must. In these instances KTTL will do the special arrangements to be provided to deliver tickets to the passengers.
